Advantage Property Solutions is a family run business which owns and manges multi-family apartments in the city of Albuquerque, NM. We are long time members of the New Mexico Apartment Association dedicated to complying with the Fair Housing Act.
Our services include acquisition assistance, property management, maintenance supervision, accounting, financial analysis, and asset management. We have steadily built multi-family portfolio since 2001 by acquiring well-located properties and managing them properly. A key ingredient in our success has been re-investment thru innovative and cost effective renovation programs resulting in maximizing each properties long term potential.
