Linda Levy - President and Director of Accounting & Finance

Linda has 24 years in accounting and finance and she is a CPA with an MBA in Finance. She has been the controller of 4 high tech companies and has twice been part of the Senior Management Team in dramatic turnaround situations. Linda has extensive experience in integrated accounting software, operating budgets, and preparation of financial packages for lending or sales purposes. Linda has been a real estate investor for over 22 years and her current portfolio has over 315 units.

Mark Levy - Vice President of Operations

Mark is a Project/Mechanical engineer, which has helped him manage and improve his rental real estate. He purchased his first property in California in 1980. He currently has over 315 units in his portfolio. He consults on all major renovation projects and coordinates various subcontractors and planning requirements.

Mark leads our maintenance team and handles our prefered vendors.

Kim Eichman - Vice President of Operations

Kim is a Project/Electrical Engineer by education with 20 years of work experience. He purchased his first rental property at the age of 21 and has been expanding his portfolio since that time. He has been involved in the property ownership & management industry for 30 years with a long family history of entrepreneurs. With the help of the engineering and management/ownership experience, he consults on all major IT related issues, all renovation projects and coordinates various subcontractors and planning requirements.
